TREATMENT INFORMATION AND RULES

We recommend that you make your SPA and beauty reservations in time so that, even when we are busy, we can take your wishes into consideration.
Take your time and come to our SPA reception a few minutes before each treatment; preferably in a bathrobe, wearing either a bathing suit or underwear.

For certain treatments you will provided disposable briefs.
A bag, bathrobe and towel are available in your room during your stay.
Our SPA is a tranquility and rest oasis. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave your mobile phone in the room respecting the silence.

We would ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment. For last minute cancellations you will be billed 70% of the cost of treatment.

Getting around by bus from Limone

From Hotel Ilma, you can easily reach the main bus stops:

Direction Riva del Garda
The bus shelter is located on the side of the road heading towards Riva.

Direction Salò / Gargnano
The bus shelter is located on the opposite side, towards the centre and the Brescia coast.
